Lost Airpoints™ card?

Missing your Airpoints™ card is not a problem if you have downloaded the Air NZ app.

You can use the digital version of your Airpoints card in the Air NZ app. Simply tap the Airpoints logo to get there.

Make sure you add your Airpoints number to your bookings so we know it's you, and you'll get your membership benefits automatically. This applies for Elite Partners too. Your digital Airpoints card will display the expiry date of your current membership.

Use your Airpoints card with the Air NZ app

Airpoints on mobile app. Check your Airpoints balances (left) and access your digital Airpoints card (right) via the Air NZ app.

You can earn Airpoints Dollars even if you don't have your Airpoints card handy. Just use the Air NZ app instead.

  1. Download/update the latest version of the Air NZ app
  2. Open the Air NZ app
  3. Tap 'Airpoints' at the bottom of the screen
  4. Tap the Airpoints card image to bring up your digital barcode. This can now be used at all Airpoints retail partners to earn Airpoints Dollars.
  5. If you're a Silver, Gold or Elite member, you will also see a Travel card image. Tap this to verify your Star Alliance status.

Koru Programme Membership Extension

You don't need a new Koru card for the Koru Programme Membership Extension. Simply add your Airpoints number to your bookings so we know it's you, and you'll get your Koru membership benefits automatically. If you need a Koru card for a different reason, call the Koru Contact Centre on 0800 736 000 within New Zealand, or +64 375 0285 from overseas. Replacement fees will apply.

OneSmart™

If you've lost your OneSmart card, you can suspend it online or via the OneSmart app. Alternatively, cancel your card by calling our OneSmart Customer Service Centre on 0800 787 555, or+64 9 377 8535 if you're overseas (charges may apply). We'll send you a replacement and you can use your new card to continue spending.  

Temporarily lock your card online: 

  1. Log in to OneSmart 
  2. Under 'Settings', select 'Card Settings' 
  3. Select 'Suspend card' 

Or follow these steps to lock your card on the OneSmart app:

  1. Once logged in, select 'Your card' 
  2. Select 'Lock card' 

When you find your card, you can reactivate it and carry on spending.

Expiring OneSmart 

If you're an active OneSmart user and your card is due to expire, we'll send a new card to the address listed in your Airpoints profile so do make sure your contact details are up to date. If you haven't received your replacement card, please contact the OneSmart Customer Service Centre.
